CARBOTHELLO PASTEL STABILO. The impressive STABILO CarbOthello pastel pencil collection is available in a range of 60 colour shades. They can be dry-blended or smudged with fingertips or a blending stump to create a variety of artistic effects. The most dramatic results can be achieved when used on dark backgrounds and delicate papers. Areas or outlines can be brightened or highlighted with the white pencil. Partially watercolourable, the outlines will remain visible. These high quality chalk pastels are highly pigmented with excellent light fastness and, for superior results, the final work can be treated with a fixative.
