PASTEL RENESANS . Pastel painting uses dry sticks of chalk-like colours, without any liquid painting agent, which are applied to a rough surface. Pastels are composed of pigments for painting with chalk, clay or gypsum for binding, which gives a soft, smooth, easy-to-dust line. A well-created pastel offers freshness, colours that penetrate smoothly, without shimmer, and a glossy surface. Each colour is applied individually, so it is important to have a suitably wide colour range. The preservation of dust from the surface is possible with a special fixative or a glass frame with passe-partout, which insulates the paper from the glass. The product range is available in 119 colours of Renesans dry pastels individually or in sets of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 99 colours.
PASTEL RENESANS are still produced by hand. They are dried in a completely natural way and first quality raw materials are used, such as kaolin extracted in Poland, and the best dry pigments. PASTEL RENSANS has unique colours with great resistance to light and good fixation on paper.
